There are so many layers to running a company, especially one that’s scaling at pace 🚀

So as you scale, how do you align your business growth, with your people growth, all while the path you’re on, is constantly changing?

My hypothesis: You develop a culture of adaptability.

Teaching others how to develop their own adaptability is a huge passion of mine, so it’s always a treat to spend time with companies that prioritise this for their people. And seeing the business benefits of it.
